Terms of Service

By accessing or using YouAndWorld (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

YouAndWorld is operated by SignedByGevorg ("we", "us", or "our"), an entity operating under the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Contact: [email protected].

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

YouAndWorld provides a content platform featuring articles, poems, aphorisms, games, tests, horoscopes, and AI-powered tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

YouAndWorld offers an optional paid subscription called YouAndWorld Pro, which gives access to ad-free browsing, extended horoscope content, the daily crossword and puzzle archive, and unlimited use of the AI Reflection Chat. Pro is a recurring digital subscription: the monthly plan renews every month and the yearly plan renews every twelve months, and it renews automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and may appear under that name on your card or bank statement. Current prices, billing intervals and included features are published on our Pricing page, and we will notify existing subscribers by email before any price change takes effect at their next renewal. All Pro features are digital and are delivered automatically through your account; no physical goods, consultations or professional services are sold. Subscription content, including horoscopes, tests, games and the AI Reflection Chat, remains subject to the disclaimers elsewhere in these Terms and is provided for entertainment and personal reflection only.

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings or from the customer portal link in your purchase confirmation email. Cancelling stops all future charges; it does not by itself refund payments already taken. After cancelling you keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, and we will refund an unwanted renewal charge if you contact us within 14 days of that charge and have not used Pro features in the new period. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. Full details, including how to request a refund and when a request may be declined, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where local consumer law gives you stronger rights than this section, that law applies.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Users who register as authors may submit original content. By submitting content, you represent that you own the rights to such content or have the necessary permissions to distribute it.

You retain ownership of the copyright in the content you submit to YouAndWorld.

By posting content on the Platform, you grant YouAndWorld a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to display, distribute, reproduce, and adapt your content in connection with the Platform's operation and promotion.

The Platform's original content, features, and functionality are owned by SignedByGevorg and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use the Platform for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor and remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Platform or its users.

Some content on the Platform is generated or assisted by Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

Games, tests, horoscopes, and other content are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice.

The content on YouAndWorld is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall SignedByGevorg be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignedByGevorg from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall control.
