By accessing or using YouAndWorld (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

YouAndWorld is operated by SignedByGevorg ("we", "us", or "our"), an entity operating under the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Contact: [email protected].

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

YouAndWorld provides a content platform featuring articles, poems, aphorisms, games, tests, horoscopes, and AI-powered tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

YouAndWorld currently offers an optional YouAndWorld Supporter membership on Patreon for $1/month. The Support page describes the current benefits; Patreon checkout shows the amount, billing schedule and any applicable taxes before payment. Patreon manages recurring billing and cancellations. Website supporter access requires an active eligible membership and a YouAndWorld account with the same verified email used on Patreon. Benefits are digital and subject to the entertainment and self-reflection limitations in these Terms. Existing subscriptions purchased through Lemon Squeezy remain governed by their purchase terms and the legacy provisions in our Refund Policy; they are a separate offer, not the current Patreon membership.

For a Patreon membership, manage or cancel billing in your Patreon account. Cancellation and access timing depend on the billing arrangement shown by Patreon; cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier payment. For a Patreon payment or refund question, contact us with the purchase email and charge date. Patreon processes any approved refund according to its applicable rules. The existing 14-day refund commitments described in our Refund Policy apply to legacy YouAndWorld Pro purchases through Lemon Squeezy, not automatically to Patreon memberships. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Users who register as authors may submit original content. By submitting content, you represent that you own the rights to such content or have the necessary permissions to distribute it.

You retain ownership of the copyright in the content you submit to YouAndWorld.

By posting content on the Platform, you grant YouAndWorld a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to display, distribute, reproduce, and adapt your content in connection with the Platform's operation and promotion.

The Platform's original content, features, and functionality are owned by SignedByGevorg and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use the Platform for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor and remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Platform or its users.

Some content on the Platform is generated or assisted by Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

Games, tests, horoscopes, and other content are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice.

The content on YouAndWorld is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall SignedByGevorg be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignedByGevorg from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall control.
