A home does not need to be perfect or expensive to help you recover.

A home does not need to be perfect or expensive to help you recover. But it should offer at least one place of relief from a world that demands your attention all day. A little order, a clear corner, softer light, or a table without a phone can influence your inner state more than you expect. Do not try to transform the entire home in one day. Create one space where your body and mind understand that it is safe to slow down.
