Some victories are invisible.
Some victories are invisible. You did not answer the message that would reopen an old wound, got up on a difficult morning, or finally asked for help. Nobody awards medals for these moments, and you may not be able to explain how difficult they were. Yet quiet victories still change the direction of your life. Do not wait for applause before recognizing progress. Sometimes the most important celebration is quietly telling yourself, “I know what I overcame today.”
