You do not always become confident, disciplined, or creative first and then begin acting that way. Often the order is reversed. You repeat a small action, and over time your mind accepts it as evidence of who you are. Every workout is a vote for being someone who trains. Every page you write strengthens the identity of a writer. Every promise you keep makes you more trustworthy, first in your own eyes. Identity is not built only through words. It is formed through repeated evidence.
