A bad habit is not always evidence of weak willpower.

A bad habit is not always evidence of weak willpower. When the phone is on the desk, sweets are visible, and the useful task requires ten preparation steps, the environment has already made a choice for you. Make the behavior you want easier and the behavior you want to reduce more difficult. Put the book near your bed, keep healthy food visible, and remove distracting apps from the first screen. Willpower is limited. A well-designed environment supports better choices even on days when your energy is low.
