A healthy relationship is not one in which nobody ever feels hurt or argues. Two different people will inevitably misunderstand each other, become tired, and occasionally choose the wrong words. What matters is what happens next. Does the person return to the conversation, listen without punishing you, accept their share of responsibility, and help rebuild emotional safety?
