An ordinary piece of iron has little value.

An ordinary piece of iron has little value. If it is made into nails, its value increases. If it is turned into fine needles, it becomes even more valuable. And if it is used to make precise watch springs, its value multiplies many times over. It is still the same iron, but its value has increased through processing, pressure, and precision. Difficulties do not always break us. With the right attitude, they shape us and make us more valuable.
