4. TikTok Integration
Our platform allows you to connect your TikTok account to publish content directly from YouAndWorld. We utilize TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting APIs.
Scopes and Data Accessed:
We request the following scopes: `user.info.basic`, `video.upload`, and `video.publish`. Through these, we receive your TikTok OpenID, display name, and avatar URL.
Data Storage and Usage:
We securely store your TikTok OpenID, username, and encrypted access/refresh tokens to facilitate video publishing. We do not access or store your TikTok password.
Content Publishing:
Content is published to TikTok only after your explicit authorization. You select the video, caption, and privacy settings for each post. We do not publish anything to your TikTok account without your direct action.
Authorization Revocation:
You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time through your YouAndWorld settings. Upon disconnection, we immediately invalidate and delete your stored access and refresh tokens. You may also revoke access directly through your TikTok account settings.
Data Protection:
YouAndWorld does not sell your TikTok user data to third parties. TikTok processes your information under its own Privacy Policy.
5. Purposes of Processing
We process your data to:
- Provide and maintain our services and website functionality.
- Manage your account and authentication.
- Operate TikTok integration and publish authorized content.
