A meaningful thought
Most of life is not decided in exceptional moments. It is shaped by the choices you make without much thought: what you open after waking, what you eat when rushed, whom you spend free time with, and how you respond to fatigue. These automatic choices are the default settings of your life. If they remain unchanged, the outcome is often predictable. Do not rely on convincing yourself every day. Change the default: keep the book visible, the phone farther away, savings automatic, and useful food accessible. Your environment often decides what willpower never gets the chance to decide.
