A meaningful thought
After living in constant urgency for a long time, a calm day can feel uncomfortable. You may create a new problem, check messages repeatedly, or turn every small task into an emergency. Urgency is sometimes not a real demand but a learned state. It creates a feeling of activity while stealing concentration and the ability to think clearly. Learn to distinguish what is truly urgent, what is important, and what is merely loud. Responding immediately to everything is not responsibility. Sometimes the most responsible action is pausing long enough to restore the right order.
