A meaningful thought

The longer you postpone a task, the larger it becomes in your mind. Starting begins to feel heavier than the actual work. Do not demand that you finish everything at once. Open the document, write one sentence, wash one plate, or work for only five minutes. A tiny action can break the state of inertia. Movement is not always the result of motivation. Often movement creates motivation and makes the next step easier.
