A meaningful thought
When you feel anxious, your mind may spend hours rehearsing conversations that may never happen. You prepare every response, defend yourself against imaginary accusations, and become exhausted before any real event occurs. Preparation can help, but endless rehearsal does not create peace. Write down your three essential points, decide what you want to communicate, and then return to the present. You do not have to live tomorrow’s possible conflict today. If the conversation comes, you will meet it with the strength and awareness available to you in that moment.
