A meaningful thought

When you give so much that resentment begins growing inside you, it is no longer pure generosity. It may be fear of rejection, guilt, or a habit of placing your own needs last. Healthy support has limits. You can offer what you genuinely have, but you do not need to empty yourself to prove that you are a good person. Saying, “This is what I can give,” is not cold. It protects your kindness from turning into silent anger toward the people you originally wanted to help with love.
