A meaningful thought

Consistency does not mean working with the same intensity every day. Human beings have seasons: days of strong capacity and days when recovery must come first. If you always treat rest as failure, eventually your body may stop you. That forced pause is usually longer and more expensive. Real discipline is not only continuing. It is also reducing the pace at the right time, so you can travel farther without completely exhausting yourself.
