A meaningful thought

Some couples discuss a problem until both people are exhausted and no longer have energy to argue. That silence may look like peace, but it is not resolution. When a conversation becomes circular, pause it. Name the exact point of disagreement, decide what information or change is needed, and return when both people are calmer. The goal is not to exhaust each other. A productive conflict ends with greater clarity.
