Doubt yourself. If you think that you can’t achieve something, I have good news for you: you are right. Doubt and self-doubt are the number one reasons why you not only don’t achieve your goals, but also don’t even try to go towards them.
Ask yourself if there is someone in the world who can achieve what you want. If there is, then you definitely can.
Look for answers. Yes, many things require understanding before we can change them. But sometimes we look for answers to the wrong questions and waste time instead of taking action. Why is everything so good with other people? Why am I not as smart as them? Why was I born in this country?
The answers to these questions cannot change the situation. Leave these questions in the past and take action. Remember: those who want to change look for ways, those who don’t want to look for reasons.
Slow down and delay the work. Do not constantly postpone the task to help you solve the problem effectively.
Always keep your goal in front of you, often ask yourself the question "do I want it?" and you will overcome the slowed down and delayed task quickly and easily.
It is easy to blame someone else for your own mistakes, to shift the burden of responsibility from yourself. "I am poor because the organization made the wrong decision", "I am unhappy because he left me". Think for a moment - what does it give you, will it help you get out of the situation, solve the problem. Blaming others for your own failures, you will expose yourself to more failures. After all, you cannot influence others if you take responsibility for yourself. You are immediately given the opportunity to act.
It is easier to change yourself than to change the situation.
Judge others. In fact, do you have nothing else to do in life? Such people are the most interesting people you will ever meet. They could say about someone at once: “How powerful someone is”, “How boring someone is”. Remember that by judging others you do not gain anything, on the contrary, you lose. And if you are going to judge someone, then judge by their deeds and actions, and not by their appearance and the make of their car.
